Would it be enough?
 Sunday early afternoon January 27, 2002, was one of a few days in my life I would remember forever.The view from the top was spectacular but it would have never happened had I not run accross friends from Mendoza! I didn't feel secure at the beginning contacting them through the Internet but gradually gained confidence feeling safer and safer and learning I was among professionals, people that cared and helped during this, once in the life adventure. Both of you, Heber and (Marce) Lito, and the bunch of previously unknown fellow mountaineers provided me with fantastic memories which only my Mother hates -;)! But she does not know that there was always enough time to rest, something to eat, some place to overnight and no unnecessary risks taken, all of it due to the trip organisers.

Aconcagua Summit: January 27, 2002

My brother and I used the mule service from Aconcagua Trek between Los Puquios (Puente del Inca) and Plaza de Mulas and back. Already before going to Argentina I was delighted that I had very swift responses to every single one of my emails. I had a few basic questions regarding recommended quantity of white gas to carry and whether the water needs to be purified with purification tablets. On every email I had a professional response within 24 hours. The good service also continued on-site in Los Puquios. In our case Emanuel took care of us. He went out of his way to assure that we had everything we needed. We could buy white gas right at Los Puquios, Emanuel let us charge the battery of the camera before we left for base camp, and upon our successful return from the summit Emanuel made a crucial phone call for us to make a reservation on the bus from Puente del Inca to Santiago de Chile. Aconcagua Trek not only delivered everything they promised on their web site, but they did extra little favors that were very appreciated by us. And they did so in a very friendly and courteous manner. My brother and I are very satisfied customers.
