In 1997 by a special resolution of top chiefs of Army, he received the Honoris Causa,Golden Condor prize. It is the greatest honor granted to a civilian climber by Argentinian Army. |

Certified Bilingual high altitude mountain guide and National Climbing Instructor ( Argentina). First Argentinean who climbed the Mt. Everest ( 8,848 meters ) by the North Route ( Tibet, in May of 1999) becoming the first person from this country that climb this mountain without artificial oxygen or the aid of high altitude porters. Has climbed all over the world (South America, North America, Asia, Europe, Oceania, Africa and Antártica). He has climbed Mt. Aconcagua 24 times by four different routes.

Aconcagua 41 times by four different routes. We are proud to have Miguel "Lito" Sanchez in our staff because hi is one of the best climbers in Argentina and hi is one of the precursors of the Mountain Activity in this country. |

From Peru, He made some first ascents of the mountains in his country and He led many mountaineering expeditions from the last 25 years, and has made ascents of many challenging peaks of the Andes: in Ecuador Chimborazo (16 times), Cotopaxi (20), Cayambe, Tungurahua, Pichincha and Rumiñahui; in Perú Huascaran (36), Alpamayo (30), Yerupaja, Huandoy, Artesonraju and many others, in Bolivia Illimani (12), Huayna Potosí (16), etc.; In Argentina Aconcagua (46) The highest mountain in the western hemisphere. He has also challenged the Himalayas. In 1992 he became the first Peruvian to successfully climb Mt. Everest, (2) in 1998 Cho Oyu and in 1999 back to Everest, without oxygen, for the second time. |
